    Venixxa is an oral treatment option in Canada that helps to reduce signs and symptoms associated with hemorrhoids, such as bleeding, anal discharge, pain, inflammation, itching, redness (erythema), discomfort, sensation of needing to pass stools, and swelling (edema).

    How often do I take Venixxa?

    Chronic Venous Disease
    Simply take 1 tablet of Venixxa twice daily, midday and evening with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    Hemorrhoids
    For acute hemorrhoids: Take 3 tablets twice daily for the first 4 days, then 2 tablets twice daily for 3 days.
    For chronic treatment: Take 1 tablet twice daily.

    Can anyone take Venixxa?

    Do not use Venixxa if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking any prescription medications or if you suffer or experience inflammation of the skin, thrombophlebitis or subcutaneous induration, severe pain, ulcers, sudden swelling of one or both legs, cardiac or renal insufficiency or disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

    Hemorrhoids
    Do not use Venixxa if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking any prescription medications.
    If symptoms persist or worsen, or if an acute hemorrhoidal episode persists after 7 days, consult a healthcare practitioner.
    If hemorrhoids are accompanied by rectal bleeding (bloody stools sometimes look like black tar), or if you experience a change in bowel habits, consult a healthcare practitioner.
